OPEN HIRING – COMMIS (COVE BATAVIA PIK)
? Placement: Cove Batavia – PIK, Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis or Kitchen Staff in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Able to prepare ingredients (mise en place) and assist in food production according to recipes and SOPs.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to company standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients.
Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
