Our platform connects organizations with certified psychologists, hypnotherapists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, wealth planners, and other professional experts to deliver measurable wellbeing outcomes.
We are currently expanding our School Partnership Team to collaborate with private and international schools across Indonesia.
About The Role
Remote | Open for candidates across Indonesia
As a School Partnership Associate, you will be responsible for building partnerships with private and international schools to introduce Soluusi's Holistic Student & Teacher Wellbeing Program.
The program helps schools assess and improve wellbeing through three key dimensions:
- Mental Health
- Physical Health
- Financial Wellbeing (for teachers & staff)
Our services include wellbeing assessments, one-on-one consultations, educational workshops, webinars, and long-term wellbeing programs designed for students, teachers, and school staff.
You will work directly with the Founder and play an important role in expanding Soluusi's education partnership network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective private and international schools
- Connect with school owners, principals, vice principals, HR teams, foundation representatives, counseling departments, and school management
- Introduce Soluusi's Holistic Wellbeing Program
- Arrange meetings and presentations
- Develop strategic partnerships with schools
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Submit weekly activity reports
- Collaborate with Soluusi during proposal preparation and partnership discussions
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in education partnerships, school sales, business development, education consultant, publishing, EdTech, HR services, or related fields
- Existing network within private schools, international schools, educational foundations, or education organizations
- Experience communicating with school decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently

Compensation
- Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Commission for every successful school partnership
- Additional incentives based on program activation and wellbeing implementation
- Detailed compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- All associates will undergo a 90-day performance evaluation
