About the role

Hamparan Nusa Yudistira is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta and represents a key position within our affiliate marketing strategy. As an Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising our affiliate marketing programmes to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. You will play a vital role in identifying partnership opportunities, managing affiliate relationships, and ensuring the success of our affiliate network. This position offers the flexibility of part-time work whilst allowing you to make a significant impact on our digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners that align with our brand values and business objectives, minimum 200 affiliates per months

• Manage and nurture existing affiliate relationships, providing ongoing support and resources to ensure partner success

• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, commission structures, and return on investment (ROI)

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximise programme profitability and growth

• Create promotional materials, marketing assets, and campaign briefs for affiliate partners to utilise

• Negotiate affiliate terms, commission structures, and contractual agreements

• Track affiliate activity and conduct fraud detection to maintain programme integrity

• Provide timely reporting and insights on affiliate programme performance to senior management

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure alignment and campaign success

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related digital marketing role

• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and recruit high-quality affiliate partners

• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and attribution models

• Proficiency with affiliate management platforms and marketing analytics tools

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including search, display, and social media advertising

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Preferred: Experience with e-commerce or SaaS affiliate programmes

• Preferred: Background in digital marketing or advertising technology
