Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Passionate about technical drawings, BIM, and construction documentation.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Description:
Develop and maintain shop drawing standards for both CAD and BIM deliverables.
Support and monitor shop drawing production activities across multiple construction projects.
Prepare accurate and high-quality shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and construction requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and provide technical guidance throughout the shop drawing preparation process.
Support internal training and continuous improvement initiatives related to shop drawing production.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of shop drawing documentation
Successful candidates will be assigned to the Shop Drawing Department at Head Office for approximately one year to receive structured training and gain practical experience. Upon successful completion of the program, there is an opportunity to be assigned to one of PT Jaya Obayashi's project sites.
