Job Description:
Create detailed maintenance plans based on equipment manuals, historical data, and industry best practices
Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production disruptions
Generate, review, and prioritize work orders, ensuring all necessary resources, tools, and spare parts are available
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability for planned maintenance activities
Track maintenance metrics (e.g., downtime, work completion rates) and suggest improvements for efficiency
Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out according to safety standards and regulatory requirements
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to align maintenance schedules with operational goals
Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reliability
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance
Job Requirement:
Minimum diploma's degree from mechanical engineering or any major that related with the job
Minimum 3+ years of experience as planner in the agriculture & forestry industry
Willing to be placed in the project site
