Content Writer (KOL Content Strategist)

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer to join our beauty brand team. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand, and engaging copy that connects with our audience and enhances the overall storytelling of our products and campaigns.

• Develop creative briefs, storylines, and scripts for KOL content based on the campaign objectives.

• Create content angles and storytelling flows that align with each KOL's style and target audience.

• Brief KOLs on key messages, content flow, and mandatory campaign requirements to ensure brand consistency.

• Conduct research on social media trends across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to support content planning.

• Analyze KOL video performance (e.g., views, engagement, watch time, CTR) and provide insights for future content optimization.

• Review KOL content drafts to ensure they meet the approved brief and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the KOL and Creative teams to ensure content production is delivered on time and meets campaign requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Writer, KOL Strategist, or in a similar role.

• Strong ability to develop creative briefs, storylines, and scripts for KOL or social media content.

• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics such as views, engagement, watch time, and CTR.

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
