Summary Job Description:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors, including training, and scheduling.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
- Train sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors on effective customer service techniques and monitor their interactions with customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Set sales goals and targets for the store and work with the team to achieve them.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
