Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven expertise in handling OTX products, enabling flexibility in managing both prescription and retail channels.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of experience at the Product Manager level are preferred.
Strong skills in Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Communication, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute brand strategies and activities, including HCP events and programs, pharmacy training, frontliner programs, visibility projects, product pipeline development, and product training.
Lead HCP and KOL engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and credibility across both online and offline channels.
Manage key HCP and KOL coverage, primarily focusing on Dermatovenereologists (DVE), Internists, and Pediatricians.
Be responsible for achieving the financial targets of assigned products across relevant channels (prescription and offline retail).
Ensure successful new product launches in relevant channels (e.g., Asthin Glow U and Boost Nicotinamide).
Support commercial processes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Participate in product lifecycle management, from New Product Development (NPD) through to product delisting.
