You’ll be supporting GM Project to run project activities start from checking the drawing, executing the process at the sites until hand over to reach completion target duties as schedule.
Responsibilities:
Checking and reviewing drawing work to ensure applicable of drawing for executing at the site.
Ensuring the site process done as schedule by managing and coordinating contractors, suppliers & team.
Coordinating and making routine meeting to ensure development site process and supplying material run smoothly.
Executing coordination with related parties (real estate, developer, stores, maintenance, SD, Purchasing, Cosmetic Project)
Checking and coordinating with related contractor for supply end project document.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience as Project Manager preferably from retail company
Good communication & negotiation skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Willing to be place in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
