This full-time Reservation Specialist position at Grand Delight Realty' in Seminyak, Bali offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality and tourism team. As a Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and exceptional customer experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and efficiently to all reservation inquiries and booking requests via phone, OTA, email, and online channels
Managing guest reservations, including making changes, cancellations, and confirmations in a timely manner
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or questions
Maintaining accurate records and data related to reservations and occupancy
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and efficient reservation process
Staying up-to-date with property information, rates, and availability to provide accurate information to guests
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various reservation-related scenarios
Proficiency in using reservation management systems and computer software
Fluency in English, with additional language skills (such as Indonesian) is a mandatory
