Lead the development and management of retail liabilities products, including savings, current accounts, and time deposits.
Drive product strategy, portfolio growth, and profitability aligned with the bank's business objectives.
Develop product pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer value propositions to enhance market competitiveness.
Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver product enhancements and digital initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to implementation and performance evaluation.
Monitor portfolio performance, funding mix, and key business metrics, recommending strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Ensure product governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
