The Group Marketplace team manages Grab's marketplaces across Southeast Asia. You will work with team members across multiple departments by marketplace levers such as pricing, incentives, and allocation. The team also generates business insights and proposes data-driven strategic plans to grow the business across both transport and deliveries.

Get to Know the Role

We're looking for a Manager, Mobility Marketplace to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you'll define, lead, and own the strategic direction and health of our Mobility Marketplace platform. You'll combine analytical rigor with business strategy to influence stakeholders and drive marketplace performance across the Indonesia mobility market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our platform's growth, profitability, and customer experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will directly report to the Senior Manager. The role will be based onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead marketplace projects and workstreams to improve reliability and passenger experience across Indonesia's 2W and 4W mobility services.
• Monitor marketplace performance, investigate anomalies, and work with Product, Operations, and other teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Combine data analysis with insights from passengers, driver-partners, and operating teams to understand marketplace problems.
• Develop tactical solutions and contribute to longer-term plans that improve availability, booking experience, service quality, and overall marketplace health.
• Propose and run experiments from end to end, including hypothesis development, experiment design, rollout coordination, results analysis, and recommendations.
