Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the modern retail/supermarket industry.
Minimum 2–3 years as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or equivalent.
Proven experience leading store operations and large retail teams.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, budgeting, customer service, and loss prevention.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail ERP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be placed across Bali.
English proficiency is an advantage.
Job Description
Manage overall supermarket operations to achieve sales and profit targets.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company SOPs.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, shrinkage, and operating costs.
Lead, coach, and develop store teams to improve performance.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve operational issues.
Analyze store performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
