Project Coordinator Network Go To Market (GTM) - Jakarta

1.     R1 – Commercial Activation Coordination

• Synchronize all Commercial GTM pillars to each city activation calendar based on brand sequence/prioritization: e.g. Axis P0 → XL P2 → SmartFren P1

• Confirm alignment of hero product, digital campaign, and event readiness for New Emerging City with required Commercial stakeholders

• Enforce hard gate for each GTM pillars before & during City Launch Dates

2.     R2 – Distribution & Physical Infrastructure Readiness Tracking

• Track RO activation & productivity: Telco, FMCG bridge, and channel programs per new tower and or new emerging city

• Coordinate Mini XLC and Depo Warehouse readiness vs Go-GTM schedule

3.     R3 – Stakeholder Reporting & Risk Management

• Publish weekly New Tower and Emerging City Commercial Go To Market Project Progress Update in weekly basis

• Prepare monthly Emerging Cities Progress Deck for Chief and Sales Director Update

• Co-Chair weekly Commercial GTM Sync; push the action log to closure

• Maintain live risk register of commercial GTM execution across all 161 cities and new towers located in residential areas

KUALIFIKASI 

1.     General Qualification

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology

2.     Technical Competency

·       Network-Commercial Translation, Converts network readiness into commercial field actions

·       Commercial Go To Markets Playbook, Understand end to end Commercial Go To Market components/pillars to ensure network investment monetization in mobile operator

·       GTM Execution Coordination, Synchronizes 8 GTM pillars across 161 cities: Branding, Distribution, People, Events, Products, Channel Program, CVM, Mini XLC/Depo

·       Risk Register Management, Live risk tracking across Commercial Readiness: Distribution, People/Promotor, Branding Delays, Competitor Response

·       Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet and other PM tools

3.     Soft Skill Competency
