MILL HEAD
Responsibilities
Effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of the plant operations, which include production, human resources, engineering, safety, environmental, quality, logistics and cost control to achieve company target
To manage all aspect of operations in Mill and act as a coach & facilitator to the team
Provide technical leadership and direction to optimize the Mill efficiency and goals
To ensure a safe, clean facilities and Mill productivity / efficiency and continuous improvements
Develop and implement an annual budget and goals and the strategy to achieve the goals
Determines what resources are required to successfully execute the plan
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 5 years successful experience in manufacturing industry
Good knowledge in production management, human resources management, maintenance, quality control and industry insight
Excellent management / leadership skill
Proven experience in coordinating team, contribution to the achievement of Mill objective and budget
Strong work ethic with excellent analytical skills
High energy and able to work in fast-paced environment
Solid problem solving, organizational, analytical, strategic planning, and interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to communicate in English is a must, Mandarin will be a plus
