Job description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for vessel crews, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and administer crew documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with company requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives to support crew satisfaction and retention.
- Update employee contracts, records, and related information in the HRIS accurately and timely.
- Develop and maintain crew manpower planning and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with vessel operations and other stakeholders to fulfill crew requirements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee database management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
