Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation, negotiation, and purchase order processing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Source, evaluate and onboard vendor to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and service excellence.
Support pitching vendor selection and bidding/ tender processes.
Maintain vendor profile and documents (Vendor's Agreement, Vendor License, etc).
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor vendors performance annually.
Coordinate with business users/ internal stakeholder and vendors throughout the procurement process.
Monitor procurement spending and support budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and vendor performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, or Business Operations.
Strong negotiation, strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP system or similar is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
