Job Description :
Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome all guests and patrons upon arrival at the restaurant.
Reservation & Waiting List Management: Oversee table reservations, manage the waiting list efficiently, and coordinate smooth seating arrangements.
Guest Relations & Issue Handling: Politely and efficiently answer guest inquiries, address feedback, and handle immediate complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Product & Promotion Knowledge: Provide detailed information regarding menu items, restaurant facilities, and ongoing promotional offers.
Service Standards: Ensure a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at the host station at all times.
Requirements :
Gender: Female (Required).
Education: Minimum High School Diploma / Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Tourism or Hospitality.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Key Competencies: Highly service-oriented, communicative, confident, proactive, and fast-paced.
Personal Attributes: Honest, initiative-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Appearance: Well-groomed, neat, and presentable (good looking).
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and/or split-shift schedules.
