We're looking for dedicated Call Center Agents who are passionate about helping customers. In this role, you'll respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, provide effective solutions, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience while upholding our commitment to excellent service.
What You'll Do:
Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.

Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Update customer records and account information.
Keep detailed notes of every customer interaction.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
