Job Description
1. Responsible for the preparations for the opening of stores in the area under your charge, including the location search, contract-signing, recruitment, training, etc.
2. Responsible for the operation and management of the stores in the area, assist and guide the personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, safe operation, emergencies
3. Responsible for operating indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee development of stores in the area
4. Regularly conduct store inspections to find problems, formulate improvement plans, and supervise the implementation
Requirement
1. More than 2 years of operation and management experience in chain enterprises, experience in coffee or tea chain stores is preferred (Starbucks/Kopi Kenangan/Fore is a plus)
2. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
3. Quick learning ability and the ability to guide others' work
4. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
