Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry.
At least 1 year of experience in QA & QC in the FMCG Industry, specifically in Dry Food Products (Wafaer/Biscuit/Snack).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create an annual calibration schedule for instruments measuring in compliance with ISO and HACCP regulations.
Perform calibration of instruments measuring for weight, temperature, dimensions, and pressure according to the established schedule.
Conduct monthly traceability tests.
Ensure that products are certified in accordance with applicable regulations.
Ensure pest control systems are installed in all designated areas and are properly monitored.
Conduct monthly internal GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits.
Participate in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
