Sales Manager - High Speed

Job Description

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for High Speed Marine Engines and Propulsion Systems within the assigned territory.

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Lead sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including customer engagement, technical and commercial proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Coordinate with regional teams and product centers to develop customer-focused solutions and project strategies.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer records within CRM systems.

• Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business reviews to management.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical/Electrical) or other comparable qualification related to meet the requirements of education or experience.

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction orientation.

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business.

• Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted market.

• Proficiency written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage.

• Knowledge of the local market.

• Detailed understanding of business, both technical and commercial.
