Job Description
Lead and support consulting projects related to Internal Audit, ICFR, Governance, Risk Management, and Assurance.
Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and gap analyses based on applicable standards and frameworks.
Analyze business processes to identify control weaknesses and recommend improvement opportunities.
Develop practical recommendations and action plans to enhance clients' governance and business processes.
Prepare and review project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with client stakeholders.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior consultants throughout project execution.
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Consulting, Governance, or Assurance Services.
Strong understanding of Internal Control Frameworks, ICFR, and Risk Management practices.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or equivalent are an advantage.
Willing to travel and be assigned to projects across Indonesia.
