Job Description :
Handle litigation cases and disputes related to land, assets, and property development projects involving the company.
Prepare and manage legal documents and litigation files, while coordinating with external legal counsel, courts, Badan Pertanahan Negara (BPN), notaries, and other relevant authorities.
Conduct negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes through out-of-court settlement.
Provide legal opinions and legal risk analysis to management, monitor the progress of legal cases, and prepare periodic reports.
Maintain and ensure the completeness and proper filing of the company's legal documents.
Qualification Candidates :
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
Strong understanding of civil law, criminal law, procedural law, and regulations relevant to the company's industry.
Proficient in legal drafting and legal analysis, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in handling litigation and court proceedings is an advantage.
Preferable have PERADI license.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang
