Associate

RHP Law is a boutique law firm focusing on Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property. The firm advises clients across the entertainment and creative industries, providing legal services tailored to the unique legal and commercial needs of creative businesses.

In addition to its Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property practice, RHP Law also handles a broad range of general legal matters, including legal advisory, contract drafting and review, and other commercial and corporate legal matters, enabling the firm to provide comprehensive legal support to businesses across various industries.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Partners in delivering high-quality legal services through legal research, drafting, intellectual property prosecution, and the management of ongoing legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements;

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents;

• Assist in handling intellectual property prosecution and related administrative matters before DJKI;

• Assist Partners in managing client communications and coordinating ongoing matters; and

• Manage multiple matters while ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00;

• At least 2-3 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house legal counsel;

• Good understanding of Indonesian laws, particularly corporate and intellectual property law;

• Strong interest in the entertainment and creative industries;

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English;

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team; and

• An Advocate License is preferred but not required.
