Key Responsibilities
Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys.
Perform site measurements and establish control points.
Set out (staking out) building layouts, roads, utilities, and other structures based on approved drawings.
Verify coordinates, elevations, and dimensions before and during construction.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Theodolite, and Auto Level.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built survey drawings.
Monitor settlement, deformation, and structural movement when required.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure survey accuracy.
Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.
Maintain survey records and calibration certificates for surveying equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or land development projects.
Experience with roads, buildings, bridges, or industrial projects is preferred.
