Area Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.

• Design marketing materials such as promotional banners, menus, packaging, posters, and branding assets.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.

• Edit photos, videos, and simple motion graphics for digital content.

• Prepare creative assets optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Organize and maintain the company's digital design assets.

• Stay updated with design trends and recommend innovative creative ideas.

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely project completion.

• Support new product launches, store openings, and company events with creative materials.

• Perform other creative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Graphic Designer, preferably in the F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video editing software.

• Strong understanding of digital content, social media design, and current design trends.

• Ability to create static visuals, motion graphics, and short-form video content.

• Strong creativity with excellent typography, layout, color, and composition skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and open to feedback.

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.

• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and digital design capabilities.
