Inventory Control Supervisor Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 708799)

Job desc:

• Forecast accuracy each customer, forecast vs actual sales review, inventory vs actual sales.

• Demand planner to support factory planner and purchasing for material increasing/decreasing.

• Organize and perform regular stock-taking activities or cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.

• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies, stock losses (shrinkage), or irregularities between recorded data and physical counts, and identifying the root causes. 

• Working closely with other teams, including warehouse operations, production, sales, and procurement, to align inventory needs with business demands.

• Preparing and presenting detailed reports and analysis on inventory metrics, trends, and performance to management to aid decision-making.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of new or improved inventory control policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operational costs
  

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) from Reputable University in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in PPIC, Purchasing, or Inventory.

• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with Macro), Power BI, and other MS Office apps. 

• High level of accuracy, strong data analysis skills, and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
