Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize IP Core Network architecture to ensure high availability and network reliability.
Manage backbone logical protection and maintain service availability across the transport network.
Monitor and optimize BTSH, Metro-E, and Data Center Interconnection performance.
Configure and maintain network monitoring systems, including thresholds and alert management.
Perform network capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement performance optimization initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in IP Networking, preferably as an IP Core Architect, Network Architect, or Senior IP Engineer. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, and IPv6.
Experienced in network design (HLD/LLD), capacity planning, migration, and high availability architecture.
Familiar with Internet Gateway, IP Transit, Internet Exchange (IX), network security, QoS, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE SP, JNCIP/JNCIE-SP, HCIP/HCIE Datacom) and network automation skills (Python, Ansible, REST API) are an advantage.
