Description
We are looking for candidates with expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of Project Analyst. IT Project Analyst are responsible for enhancing thquality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding solutions to business needs, among other duties. IT Project Analyst also responsible to support the Project Manager and Project Team in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project. With supervision from the Project Manager to ensure the agreed project management methods and standards are implemented throughout the project. The best IT Project Analyst have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and Executive branches.
Responsibilities:
• Liaising between the IT department and the executive branch.
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
• Utilizing IT data for business insights.
• Analyzing business needs.
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
• Finding solutions to business requirements.
• Analyzing data to inform business decisions.
• Create User Story and Flow Documentation.
• Keeping all required project documentation under control, means stored on documentation
tools and accessible by eligible person
• Responsible to Join Sprint Planning, Review and Retro
• Support Quality Assurance to match Requirement with Test Case
• Support monitoring team backlog and progress to achieve target that set by Project Manager
Qualification
Degree in computer science, or related field.
3+ years in an IT Project Support or Business Analyst.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent documentation skills (ability to create FSD, BRD, Flowchart, use case diagram, etc)
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Communication skills
Able to work under pressure
