What you'll be doing
- Client Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key clients and partners.
- Customer Relations: Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, using data to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Field & Office Coordination: Coordinate cross-functionally with the internal office teams to ensure seamless product delivery during fieldwork.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or the main office.
What we're looking for
- Experience: With experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to handle both client meetings and office coordination.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use sales data to inform decision-making.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated adaptability to manage both office tasks and on-site field visits with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; college undergraduates or equivalent experience are highly open to apply.
