The ideal designer is comfortable managing multiple clients and projects, communicates clearly, and can translate creative direction into polished, industry-ready deliverables. Must be highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently while meeting quick-turn deadlines.
Candidates should have a strong portfolio preferably within the music or entertainment industries.
