Must be able to communicate proficiently in both Chinese and English for daily workflow and business operations.
Job Responsibilities?
1.Assist the Warehouse Manager with warehouse site expansion, warehouse layout planning, team recruitment & training, as well as formulating and optimizing internal management rules and standard operating procedures.
2.Oversee daily warehouse overall operations, guide and coordinate the on-site team to ensure all company-assigned warehouse KPIs and operational targets are fully achieved.
3.Ensure full compliance with local labor & safety regulations as well as company internal policies to maintain a safe working environment for the warehouse.
4.Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior management.
Job Requirements?
1.Must be able to communicate proficiently in both Chinese and English for daily workflow and business operations., with good understanding of local culture and business norms.
2.Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with prior warehouse operational experience will be given priority.
