Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process daily incoming orders across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Retrieve correct products from storage and package them securely according to company standards.
- Generate shipping labels, schedule courier pickups, and track outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular stock counts, update system inventory levels, and report low stock to production or procurement teams.
- Inspect items for defects before packing to minimize customer returns and complaints.
- Process incoming customer returns and exchanges by inspecting items and updating inventory status.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or retail logistics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management software (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages.
- High accuracy in matching product SKUs, variations, and quantities under tight deadlines.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and delivery riders.
