Our client is a Japanese Consulting Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales & HR Consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct new business development and client acquisition
Meetings in Japanese with Japanese clients
Identify organizational issues through employee surveys
Analyze strengths and weaknesses to discover and prioritize key challenges
Propose initiatives for organizational improvement
Provide ongoing support for implementing and driving organizational change
Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Have a bachelor's degree (reputable university)
Have Business-level Japanese skills (no need for certification)
(Prefer) Have working experience as sales or consulting handling the intangible products (1st priorioty) or HR in any industry more than 2 years
Have a strong interest in sales and consulting at this company, and resonate with its business and philosophy.
Have Business English skills
Have working experience in a Japanese company/Japan is a big advantage
