What Will You Do?
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
Oversee front-of-house and floor operations during shifts
Lead, supervise, and support the service team on the floor
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues
Coordinate with building management and external parties
Monitor inventory and support stock control
Assist with staff scheduling, training, reporting, and daily briefings
Who Are We Looking For?
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager (FOH & BOH) in F&B
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality
