POSITION SUMMARY
Our company provides building engineering personnel for common areas and shared building systems. The Facility Coordinator oversees the Engineering Team, coordinates daily engineering operations, manages shift schedules, monitors service delivery, coordinates with specialist vendors, prepares reports, supports emergency response, and maintains effective communication and a good working relationship with the Owner. This role focuses on coordination and supervision while working closely with engineering activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Representation & Client Coordination
Serve as DLNI’s primary on-site contact between DLNI, the Client, and the Engineering Team, providing transparent, regular updates.
Attend coordination meetings and communicate service progress, findings, and operational issues.
Engineering Team Supervision & Shift Management
Supervise the Engineering Team, allocate daily assignments, and monitor attendance and manpower deployment.
Control schedules and manage 24-hour shift coverage, including night, Sunday, and national-holiday shifts at minimum-staffing levels.
Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Facility Operations Coordination
Coordinate routine inspections, equipment monitoring, and recording of conditions and abnormalities across common systems.
Oversee basic preventive maintenance (e.g. generator test runs, AHU/FCU filters, panel cleaning) and Minor Corrective Maintenance using Client-supplied materials.
Coordinate first-response actions and escalation during equipment failures and emergencies.
Specialist Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with Client-appointed vendors for out-of-scope systems (chillers, generators, elevators, fire protection, BMS, STP); attend site, facilitate access, and record vendor work.
Contract Administration & Reporting
Administer the service agreement, monitor scope compliance, and assess additional/out-of-scope work requests.
Consolidate Work Orders, engineering logs, and incident reports; prepare periodic and monthly reports with findings and recommendations.
Quality, Safety & Improvement
Ensure service quality and HSE compliance, verify preventive-maintenance completion, and identify improvements to reduce repeat issues.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Technical: HVAC, electrical & generator systems, fire protection, plumbing, pumps, water treatment, building utilities; preventive & corrective maintenance; CMMS / work-order systems.
Skills: Leadership, team supervision, client communication, planning & scheduling, report writing, coordination, MS Office; English proficiency is a plus.
