Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Expert (Japanese Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali! If you have strong Japanese communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Japanese-speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams. This role requires you to start early September.
Requirements
Native or fluent level of Japanese and English (spoken & written)
JLPT N2 certification would be a point plus
Experience studying or working in a Japanese-speaking environment, or experience communicating with Japanese customers/communities, is a plus
Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Customer facing experiences will be highly valued
