- Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and operational needs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
