We Are Hiring: Accounting Manager (Importation)
At Cleanfuel, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. If you're a Certified Public Accountant with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement, we'd love to have you on our team.
What Will Be Your Role?
As an Accounting Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Director and work closely with the Importation team on financial analysis, account reconciliation, and the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Oversee the monthly financial closing process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Prepare complete and accurate Financial Statements and other management reports.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure the timely preparation of annual financial reports and support external audits when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a managerial accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in process improvement and implementing internal controls.
- Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines.
