Responsibilities
- Understanding blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to rpoduce parts according to specifications.
- Setting up, operating, and disassembling manual, automatic, and CNC Machine tools.
- Writing and testing CNC Programs to ensure accurate part production.
- Inspecting parts for accuracy and verifying dimensions against specifications.
- Maintain quality standards through the understanding of the Quality Management System
- Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and ensuring proper machine operation.
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or Vocational Course graduate
- Single or Married
- At least 2 years of CNC machine operation
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Know how to set-up, program & operate CNC Milling Machine
- Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
- Good communication skills with the team members and superiors
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
