Join our ANZ Domestic Account as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer support in a day shift, onsite environment. This role is ideal for individuals with customer service or sales experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns and service requests.
- Promote products or services when appropriate.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain quality standards.
- Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
- At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) or 3 months of sales experience.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Available to work on a day shift schedule.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
