Qualifications
Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Capable of problem analysis (Problem Line)
Able to speak and write in English / Japanese (advantageous)
Able to read and create technical drawings
Knowledgeable in machinery, capable of programming and operating CNC machines (Milling & Lathe)
Skilled in mechanical design and technical drawing using AUTOCAD 2D & 3D
Can do Welding process
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Analyze and resolve production issues to improve efficiency.
Operate and program CNC machines (Milling & Lathe).
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Test and validate new products before mass production.
Oversees equipment maintenance, implements preventive programs, and manages the daily operations of a workshop to ensure machinery performs reliably and cost-effectively.
Monitor production data and recommend process improvements.
Stay updated on engineering technologies and industry standards.
Support innovation and process changes for continuous improvement.
