Delivery Driver

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and present all required transport and delivery documents, including PEZA forms, Gate Passes, Delivery Receipts, and other pertinent documents, to ecozone security personnel, the Bureau of Customs (BOC), and other regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
• Able to check delivered items against packing lists and invoices to ensure complete, accurate, and defect-free deliveries.      
• Assist the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering goods safely and efficiently.       
• Secure goods during transit to prevent damage or loss. 
• Guide the driver when backing up or maneuvering the vehicle in tight warehouse spaces and within industrial zones.        
• Verify delivered and received items against delivery documents and report any discrepancies immediately.       
• Help maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery truck.      
• Perform other duties related to delivery and logistics operations as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage.        
• Knowledgeable in the processing of delivery and transport documents required by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
• ·Ability to read and verify delivery receipts, match item codes, and accurately accomplish vehicle trip tickets, transmittal logs, and related documents.
• ·High level of integrity and trustworthiness, as the role involves handling valuable commercial goods and operating within secured industrial areas.
• ·Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy packages, as well as standing or walking for extended periods.
• ·Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, when required.
