Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 
• Analyze current healthcare workflows, identify inefficiencies, and conduct gap analysis between existing processes and proposed digital health solutions. 
• Translate business and operational needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and documentation. 
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and validation sessions to confirm requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. 
• Support system implementation, testing, and post-deployment evaluation, and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and operational insights. 
• Work under mWell direction and comply with data privacy and security protocols. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of business analysis experience; certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are an advantage. 
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, business process mapping, workflow analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment. 
• Experience preparing business cases and solution recommendations. 
• Understanding of healthcare operations and workflows (registration, EMR, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) and of compliance and data privacy. 
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate business needs to technical teams effectively. 
• Direct exposure to healthcare, health information systems, hospital operations, clinical systems, PhilHealth workflows, or enterprise IT implementation is considered a strong advantage.
