Danone Indonesia is looking for a HRBP Intern to join our HR Team! Kickstart your career in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship and contract positions
Conduct induction sessions for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and updating HR databases
Develop and monitor HR dashboards to ensure system quality
Process interns’ salary claims, resolving discrepancies, and ensure clear communication
Administrative and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Active undergraduate student (minimum semester 6) with few or no classes
Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa
Familiar to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Have prior internship/organizational experience in recruitment
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
Available for 6 months of internship with a Hybrid arrangement (4 WFO - 1 WFH)
