Job Description:
Execute pastry and bakery production in strict accordance with standardized recipes and SOPs.
Ensure premium quality, flavor, and texture for all baked goods and pastries.
Uphold rigorous sanitation standards for the work area and all kitchen equipment.
Optimize operational workflow to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.
Coordinate closely with the Head Baker/Pastry Chef to execute all directions and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education: High School / Vocational School
Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
Able to work in a team and on shift schedules
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Fluent in English
