About the role
We are seeking a Facility Staff (HQ - BSD City) to join the facility management team at PT. AEON MALL INDONESIA.
This is a full-time position based at our Headquarters in BSD City. The role is responsible for supporting facility operations across all AEON MALL locations in Indonesia through data collection, reporting, documentation, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and collect operational data relating to fire prevention activities, environmental compliance and mall cleanliness/hygiene programs.
Prepare and maintain reports related to fire prevention activities, environmental monitoring, the cleanliness/hygiene programs, and other compliance-related activities (fire drills, tenant inspections, tenant meetings, SWAPANTAU RKL-RPL, pest control and waste management).
Maintain and organize documentation related to facility operations, fire prevention, environmental compliance and mall cleanliness/hygiene programs.
Collect, compile, monitor and maintain utility consumption records, including electricity, water, gas, and other utility usage data regularly.
Perform other facility-related duties assigned by the Facility Management HQ.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in data reporting, documentation management and compliance monitoring will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is a must.
Have a good knowledge of building engineering systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems and related regulations.
Able to conduct site inspections when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime when necessary.
Willing to travel and visit mall locations as required.
