Regene Life Care is building Indonesia's integrated healthcare ecosystem across Preventive, Diagnostic, Treatment, and Maintenance. We collaborate with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, corporations, and healthcare professionals to deliver innovative healthcare solutions including DNA testing, medical check-up services, medical technology, and digital healthcare solutions.
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) who enjoys building relationships, opening new opportunities, and connecting with healthcare partners across Indonesia.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a database of prospective hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Identify key decision makers and establish initial relationships.
- Introduce Regene Life Care's partnership programs and healthcare solutions.
- Qualify prospective partners and schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales team.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and persistent.
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or business development is a plus.
