Aesthetic Clinic Doctor

Job Description: As an Aesthetic Clinic Doctor, you will play a key role in providing both medical expertise and exceptional patient care. You will assess patient needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, perform a range of non-invasive aesthetic procedures, and ensure patients have a positive experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities:

• Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

• Procedures: Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, chemical peels, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.

• Patient Care: Monitor patient progress, address any concerns, and ensure a high standard of aftercare. Provide ongoing education to patients about post-treatment care and maintaining results.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members (nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff) to ensure seamless patient care and a high standard of service.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with medical and safety standards, following best practices and clinic protocols.

• Continuous Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic industry. Participate in training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in a relevant specialty (dermatology, plastic surgery, general medicine, etc.).

• Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, including knowledge of non-invasive procedures like injectables, laser treatments, and skin care.

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and patient care.

• Current medical licensure and certification to practice in [insert location].

• Passion for helping patients enhance their natural beauty and self-confidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in aesthetic medicine (e.g., Botox and dermal filler training, advanced laser techniques).
